Mother Blessing Ceremony:

I can arrange a ceremony and celebration before your baby's birth with family and friends or as a one to one offering to mark and honour the journey to becoming a mother, known as Matrescence.

 

This could include:

• Readings, poems and well wishes for mother/parent and baby

• Honouring the pregnant mother and her birth with activities

• Blessings with the 4 elements: air, water, fire and earth

• Sacred Drumming

• Creating flower crowns

Postpartum Ceremony:

Postpartum Honouring or ‘Closing’ Ceremony: I can arrange a ceremony and celebration with family and friends or as a one to one offering to mark and honour the postpartum journey.

 

This could include:

• Grounding Ceremony for mother/parent and baby

• Readings, poems and well wishes for mother/parent and baby

• Mother Warming and Wrapping

• Blessings with the 4 elements: air, water, fire and earth

• Honouring the Placenta

• Breastmilk rituals and honouring

• Sacred Drumming

• Creating flower crowns

• New Mother’s Circle with activities eg creating bath salts
